The Supplier reserves the right to revise prices before acceptance of future orders should there be significant increases in:

• transport or fuel costs;
• customs duties or import charges;
• exchange rate fluctuations;
• government taxes or regulatory changes beyond the Supplier's reasonable control.
Any revised prices shall apply only to future orders and will not affect orders already confirmed in writing.
